Wanted FOUND--NO LONGER NEEDED___MS: Aisin 2F carb accelerator pump check ball retainer

It's the little "e" shaped retainer that goes over the checkball and under the AP plunger in the bottom of the pump well. Toyota # 21538-31010. Anyone have one from a "dead" carb lying around?

Did you call the local toyota dealer? My dealer is able to get me pretty much any part that says it is available online overnight. This will certainly change depending on location and how rurual you are, but I bet they can have it to you in within a couple of days.

$2.60, I bet it's even cheaper for you in the South.

No dealer I called says they have it. They say that a CA warehouse will ship around 04/11. I'm trying to eliminate a potential problem source without waiting that long.
