I just bought 5 wheels from summit that don't rub in front brakes. I am about a 1/4 inch from hitting the tie rod but not worried about it.

They are Crager 15x8 part number CRR-3105860 3.75 backspacing white wheel. The best part was the price $33.95 each.

I am going to paint them tomorrow now that I know they fit and get tires mounted soon.

Happy riding!

cruiser88, I love your avatar! That's one of our family's favorite children's books!:D

Post up when you get the tires on! I'm curious about the 3.75" b/s and tire size and the rub potential. It would seem like a 12.5 wide tire might cause some problems, but if the rim already clears the tie rods maybe you're all good!

sounds like a nice deal Bomar, BTW how's the carb?

Philos it has not gotten above 36 degrees since I have gotten it so I have not tried to put it on yet. I hope to get it done this weekend!!!

I am keeping up with the tootise roll.

I will post pics everyone. I am going to be painting them flat black so sanding today and maybe paint it is supposed to get up to 40.

Did ya leave em white? I like the white rims. My favorite is painted silver steel wheels though.
