• Provided formal instruction to Detachment Commanders on the procedures for conducting drug testing as well as maintenance of a drug testing program.
• Monitored, tracked, and assisted in the proctoring of drug screenings conducted in 149 Detachments worldwide.

Detachment Commander 2003-2005
• Commanded a Marine Security Guard Detachment.
• Solely responsible for the training, health, morale, and welfare of Marines in foreign countries.
• Created and implemented operational plans for armed internal security and protection of classified information.
• Managed a budget of over $250,000 in support of overseas operations.
