Hi Mud,
Appreciate any leads or info you can provide to help me find a new role! I was working at a JDM import shop in Idaho for almost two years, where I restored my 60 series after hours. Open to moving across the country. 27 y/o. I have my business degree, good attitude, and am open two types of roles. If you all hear of anything or know someone let me know, I figured MUD would be a great place to put out feelers. :

1.) Full time/apprenticeship at a foundry/machine shop/manufacturing facility/etc. Ideally project manager/product managment or development/operations/business development role. I enjoy speaking with engineers and blue collar guys despite my educational expertise in business and bridging the gap between the two. Did this in my last role. I want to learn how things are made and get dirty every now and then. A fellow cruiserhead engineer gave me advice to work at a foundry/factory/machine shop to get better experience in this field and using my analytical brain outside the office.

2.) Full-time or contract business dev or sales dev for comapny 10-300 people. This is a skill ive developed, and Ive been working with a consulant mentoring me and have been prospecting for clients. We implement CRM tools, sales tools, and AI software to small to medium. One of the smartest guys I know and hes into trucks as well...... Mainly been working in heavy industry, automotive, and manufacturing sectors.

Its tough out there, but im eager and wanting to carry my energy over from my finished projects to new experiences where I can learn and contribute what Ive learned.

You aren’t by chance related to Demi Dufur are you?

Also: reach out to @kirk on MUD. He might be interested in your skill set. But you’d have to move to Ohio. He would fit your requirement in category 1.
