For those with flex pipes off the turbo...

I am wanting to do a 3 inch exhaust on my 77 when I turbo it next year
I have the vacuum shift transfer as well and it's tight there
I'll take pictures when I rebuild my transfer case in the weeks to come

Here is what I ended up doing. Welded the flex pipe I got off ebay for just over $20 bucks (seems good quality, time will tell) into the turbo downpipe.

Then made a bracket that bolts to the bellhousing and is welded to downpipe. (Took another piece of exhaust and welded it to the downpipe where the support bracket attaches for extra strength.)
