On each end of the emblem is there a lip that would essentially hold the enamel in the emblem while it bakes in the oven? The one I have to copy doesn't seem to and we're trying to figure out how the factory did it without the enamel spilling out.

ok, looks like they're going to have to get inventive. I recommended aluminum foil to hold it in.
