Apparently this is for sale again. I feel like I've seen it for sale at least twice over the last couple years. Anybody know the story behind it?

Apparently this is for sale again. I feel like I've seen it for sale at least twice over the last couple years. Anybody know the story behind it?
It’s been for sale for a while. I think he’s firm on price as it’s the same guy. It used to live on campus at MSU. It’s a nice rig, however I’d imagine it is over priced to be for sale for so long. It’s got a V8 and overall it’s a nice 40.

The price does seem a bit out of line for what it is, in my opinion. Mine was less that a quarter of what that's priced at when I bought it. I've put a ton of time and a fair bit of money into mine, but I still don't think mine is worth anywhere near that price. Does it have anything particularly special in it? Fuel injection? Fancy transmission and/or transfer case or cases?
