For Sale For Sale: 1987 fj60 1700.00

I picked this up last summer for parts. It's really is too nice to part out. Frame of course has surface rust, no bumpers, and a couple of dents. The handicap young man I got it from only drove it around his farm the time he owned it. He replaced the dented hood and front lower valence and left fender. I added the newer red door for the dented red original (goes with sale). No frame damage, no inner fender damage. Great interior, very close to mint. No headliner tears, no dash cracks, only small wear tear on drivers seat. 256k on the odometer. I did not think the truck would run, but after finally getting around to it this summer, it runs pretty dog gone good. The carb is very good. Not one leak, drip, or any fluid issue. It has an intake manifold leak, the muffler is cut off under rear passenger seat, I have a complete muffler from another 60 that can go with the sale. New fuel pump, New oil change, New slave cylinder, New clutch master, New starter. I can reduce the price if you let me keep my tires (2 brand new BFG 31's ), wheels, and new battery.

If not sold quickly, it is spoken for by a great Kannapolis NC member who is helping me with my fj62.

I would also however consider partial trades for some very good 79-83 fj40 parts. I am rebuilding a very rusted low mile one of those as well and need rear body and frame parts, seals, lift kit, etc.
