For Sale: 1969 Fj45lv

Hello all,

This is my brother in laws truck in Long Island, NY. It's just been sent over from Australia and still in decent condition. Right now it has a Ford Holden motor and my brother in law will make a deal to include a 2f motor with the purchase. It is mounted with a 3-speed manual transmission. The only non-stock items are the motor and the 2 front seats.

He is asking for $9,000 ( not including shipping fees ).

FYI you bro-in-law has a FJ45V not LV.

You should also post this in the 45 for sale section and let your local land cruiser club know. Most the guys on this board are interested in wagons if they are very inexpensive or the 45 trucks.

Is this the rig that was eBay not too long ago? IIRC the person had two and was selling one but then decided to keep the other one and sell this one or vice versa but the owner was out of the country or some such? The description on eBay sounded REAL convoluted to me

Anyway, how many of these can there be, both white, both in NY, etc. etc.

Hey guys,

Well the news is my B.I.Law tried posting it on ebay but I guess it didn't sell during Christmas. This is actually that same truck from Long Island. My B.I.Law is trying to sell this one for the next possible bunch coming in from Australia. Actually he tried posting it on ebay but I guess it didn't sell during Christmas. Well if guys can help me out in selling the truck that'd be great and if you know anyone interested in fj45 cruisers or diesel fanatics let me know.

WOW!!!
I remember see this rig for sale in craiglist for $7800. I was interested but for some reason there was no contact info available. I've got two friends out that way that would be able to inspect and make a deal with them on my behalf. post some contact info or PM me.

This truck was also on craigslist but didn't sell since no responses were made. Its probably due from posting it on the holidays. My B.I. law posted it for 7800 most likely without the 2f motor included and possibly whatever extras come with it.

Most of the stuff he gets from Australia is pretty clean so feel free to let me if you guys wanna check it out.
