As the groups first charitable activity we'll be taking part in a food Drive sponsored by Sherwood Park Toyota. The plan is to meet at Costco (Sherwood Park) on Dec 16th at 7 Pm in your toyota truck. As a group we'll head in to purchase some food for the food bank and then deliver it to Sherwood Park Toyota in support of there Pedal Power for food bank. I'll be in touch with the Dealership and will discuss an arrival there. They may be looking for monetary donations instead of food. Maybe as a Group we'll do something like that.

Tyler

I'm up for donating 50$ of food or cash to the cause.

I just received a call from Sherwood Park Toyota. They are very excited and happy to have us there on Monday night. They said food or money donations are accepted. Please do your best to make this event. It would be great to have a strong turnout. We can also volunteered to ride the bikes while we're there. If you're interested in riding be sure to bring appropriate gear.

My power steering pump caught the flu last night, real bad case! Need to sort out the gigantic hole that vacated all the fluid and fix before going anywhere. Fingers crossed someone has it in stock.

Im game to throw a leg over a bike.

My whole fam damily is in.

So are we going to meet at Costco, pool our cash and then buy a boatload of foos or is it every man for himself?

I'm in for $50 as well.

God knows I should get on the bike...but I probably won''t.

They didn't care if it was cash or food. Bringing food in will likely feel better and feel like we are doing something. Ill goggle the address for Costco....

Pretty far drive for me....

I'm in!

Glad we are getting a decent crew together. Keep spreading the word and get as many as we can.

Well, not for lack of trying...the 40 won't start...electrical gremlins, previous owner was not proficient in repairs...bring on the fuel injection I say!! I'll be arriving in the 80...poop

Top Ten Food Bank Items:

1. Large cans of powdered Baby Formula
2. Canned Fish/Meat (e.g. tuna, ham, turkey)
3. Healthy Cereal (Hot or Cold)
4. Meals in a Tin (e.g. Pork n’ Beans or Stew)
5. Canned Vegetables
6. Canned Fruit
7. Wholegrain Pasta/Rice
8. Pasta Sauces
9. Canned and Dry Soups
10. Mac & Cheese

There goes my big idea of a 5 gallon pail of Sriracha.
