Fluid change intervals

Just wanted to see what the best fluid change intervals are for the following:

Transfer Case
Rear Diff
Front Diff
Transmission

I had my transmission, transfer, rear diff and front diff done last January (12ish months) and my mechanic is telling me the diff's are due again with only 17,000 miles on them. I don't off road and have pulled a small utility trailer maybe 3 times in the past year. I think he is trying to get me to buy service I don't need so I wanted to see what all of you thought.

Thoughts? Any insight would be great. Thanks.

I do the diffs every 100k Amsoil Syn

Tranny every 30k with Valvoline High Mile.

Had similar questions recently since I knew my vehicle was due and this is pretty much the consensus.
