I am sure most 4x4 fabrication shops will be able to fabricate a custom flatbed.
I am in the process of having a bed built on my 86 P/U at the moment...I would highly recommend doing it. Sheet metal sucks.

they are so f-ing versatile.
the smallest is 6'wide by 5'9" long and will mount on the frame. it comes with 30cm high fold down sides. not bad for 1800cad.
they are cheaper here than the exact same product in australia.

i guess i should have checked their site first. they had flat beds on there in the past. sorry
