Weekend of Sept 28,I think, we need to settle this fastest.
Name for the event:

We can get with BoDean for help with T-shirt design...maybe we can use a line art image developed from Bob G's truck getting it over that rock?

Good idea, tho... including the park name might help incent the park owner to provide added assistance.

We came up with a few names late Saturday night. Unfortunately we were all drinking beer - can anyone remember them?

F5 at Flat Nasty
 Nope

I thought of one of the way home ... but forgot it too.

Expanding Chef's a bit .... "It's (or Get) Flat Nasty in Tornado Alley". Of course that ain't funny in the spring time.

mike,
sign jake and i up to volunteer...we can help anyway needed...we would not miss this one for anything!

Working on getting a "how To" guide now..
Vendor donation is a good thing, I will start working on the letter and verbage for that.
But We gotta come up with a name etc NOW.. SO that's key..
Mike RUN with it bro! Just let us know what parts you want us to pick up. I'll do budget for ya and if you want me to call the canoe place I can get pricing etc on that and for dinner etc from Ron..

Guys: do you really think people would "not come" because we named it "Get Flat Nasty in TornadoAlley" and that's the name of the event venue?
Family oriented: sure!
Catering to the one person who would react negatively to a fun name: whatever.

If the venue ever changes, the name has to, too.

Tornado Alley's "Get Twisted!" or "Get Twisted with Toto!"

"Over-the-Rainbow Run"

Boy, those are dumb!

How about (sent in earlier PM):

The Flat Nasty Tornado Run / Chase / Experience / Bash

Chase Flat Nasty 06' (Its the storm chaser in me :D )
Flat Nasty Naderfest
TAC's Flat Nasty Hoedown (or TFNH for short)

Just some crappy suggestions.

EDIT: Official beer? - http://www.ponygold.com/prod-tornado.php

Its pretty good stuff, brewed in Olathe too.

Hey guys I have a real big question.
What is going to be done about insurance? Does flat nasty have liability insurance?
Are we going to try and insure ourselves or go uninsured?

I like
"F5" for the name. It is the baddest they get plus it fits with TAC, and its as easy as it gets to remeber. Everytime people hear about a tornado the'll think about "F5". Then put a secondary line like "TAC at Flat & Nasty". This kind of a format would allow us to take the name to a different area if we so chose. All we would have to do is change the location and people would still know it is TAC.
