Insurance will be thru/From TLCA.. It cost approx $268 for the event billed after the event. Million $ etc, I have the policy and know someone in the TLCA that arranges the insurance for each event.. (ME).. Pretty sure we're covered there..

Guys: do you really think people would "not come" because we named it "Get Flat Nasty in TornadoAlley" and that's the name of the event venue?
Family oriented: sure!
Catering to the one person who would react negatively to a fun name: whatever.

Seen lots of stuff close to, but none saying "Get Flat Nasty With Tornado Alley Cruisers". This promotes the club name as well as the place. Rick

Artwork:

On the back, how bout a line drawing/sketch of Bob's mini twisted up on the BFR, dark skys in the background with a funnel cloud. That framed by the names/logos of the companies donating/sponsering the event.

On the front, .....dunno, the FJ40 "4 Wheel Drive" with the TAC logo on the round portion and the Flat Nasty logo in the long flat portion. (is that clear as mud) with "TornadoAlley Cruiser" under the logo ......

Maybe largest sponsor's name and logo on the sleeve......

Plenty of stockish trails on the map, tho we didn't run them yet...we were playing on bigger stuff. Smoe of the imtermediate rated trails were pretty challenging
