Posting for my brother in law, I sold this Cruiser to him a few years ago.....
Craigslist ad:
1986 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ60 LandCruiser
I found it in New Mexico and brought it east to SC. I took it to Marshall at Trollhole's Cruisers @Trollhole and he put a new aluminum radiator in it and did some other baselining maintenance. Its a cream puff and I hate to see it leave the family. Still has the "American Toyota" dealer sticker on the tailgate from new. Stock except for the OME lift, radio and tint. It had the lift on it when I got it, with original wheels and 33x10.50 BFG AT KOs. The original wheels are included but the tires are probably pretty dry-rotted by now and it currently sits on the 16" AE wheels on BFG AT KO2 285s, seen above. Has a dent on the rear hatch, and a small one up high on the driver side passenger door. I couldn't bring myself to have have those fixed because, well, Im a purist. (Originalist?) Interior is almost perfect, except for the abominable Range Rover floor mats he put in there. The seats look better in person, that dirt on the passenger seat really only shows up in pics for some reason. I think it has a dash cap on it if I remember correctly, but you don't notice it. Nice recent tint, which can be removed of course, and new aftermarket radio and speakers. Runs great, everything works, no leaks or smoke.
English is his second language so its my sister's contact info in the CL ad, you can also PM me with any other questions.
Located in Bradenton FL, private sale, clear Florida title-in hand, asking $21,000.
More pics in the CL ad above.
This pic is from right after he bought it....Swap the wheels, remove the tint and rack and you have this.....
Serious inquiries only. Once you have cleared a background check and the interviews with your neighbors are complete, we will then schedule a drivers test. If all preliminary screening is passed, we will then accept your payment in gold bullion.
