So the wife and I are currently building our new pad up in Apple Valley (Cali high desert). It's a fairly remote and open area, all dirt roads, few houses, and lots of open desert and trails. So last night we head out on a little midnight run through the dez. It was still plenty warm, totally moonless, and we were hauling ass on the windy trails:D

So I come across this embankement and get hopelessly high centered

Build here http://www.pirate4x4.com/forum/showthread.php?t=298203

The X will definately cost you more to build than an F-Toy, but with coilovers and air bumps it can handle a fair bit of jumping:D

question is, didja drive the FJC over the same spot after the X was removed? ;)
