the rear is not hard at all as long as you stay leaf sprung. if you keep the coils it is doable but you are in for some work. i f you put a disk braked rear on i would recommend switching to 16" wheels you will have to switch wheels anyway to go with a wheel with more back spacing so they don't stick out 2 inches.if yo are SOa you have lless problems if you are SUA there are a bunch of issues.
as far as the front goes you are rlooking at alot of fab work to get the steering set up I just went with an elockered 3rd int he stock housing and a sky widenin kit to even the bs fore and aft.
HTH be more specific on how you plan of setting your cruiser up and i can give you better answers

theferg just did this on the rear of his 60. Search it and check it out- it's pretty sweet. I think he said he had plans for the front too.

Yup yup. https://forum.ih8mud.com/showthread.php?t=36660

I was planning on an 80 series front, and who knows what the future will hold, but the only available steering setup for a leaf spring setup (high-steer) is $550 IIRC just for the parts, then you have you send in your knuckles to have them machined and drilled for the high-steer arms which is another $250. Stock 80 series stuff has no chance of working with leafs. But you're good to go with the stock stuff if you convert to coils/links... :)

So anyway, for now, I went with the sky's widening kit up front. Seems super, super close to being the same width as the rear now, but I haven't had a chance to measure it. I am currently running 15x8s with 2" b.s. but I hate how wide it is now. Half of my rear tire protrudes out past the body and the discs are almost totally exposed at each wheel. So I am switching to some stock 80 series wheels that'll bring me back in a bit.

I'll try and get some more pics in a bit here.
