FJ62 Runs rough above idle

Here is where I feel like a moron. When they say "infinity" for the 1.09mm measurement is that an open or a short? I got the same reading for the 2nd and 3rd measurements. Which if I remember right on my crappy HF ohm meter was .001 Ohms on the 20K Ohm setting

Infinity would be an open circuit. If you are getting the same reading for the 2nd and third, either your TPS need to be rotated a touch, or something is up inside it (return spring?)
