Hi to all, Ive just joined, this is my first post. Im based in NZ and have just picked up an original FJ62 with a 3F which I plan on replacing with a 1HD T. Ive just bought the engine and am wanting to reach out to anybody that can either sell me some suitable engine mounts or possibly help me source the fabrication details. Any pointers or advise is welcomed. Thanks

Welcome to the madness! Nice rig! Do a search in this section and the diesel tech section for write ups of 1hd and 1hz swaps. Lots of good info from to learn from - the swap is a bit more involved than just new engine mounts but Valley Hybrids @orangefj45 makes the mounts you need

They are probably 4x4engineering bradley V wheels id guess. The original Japanese wheels that the SCS F5 are copies of.

They have a TON more options but they are super pricey to get in the US.... which is why i have the SCS wheels haha

Congrats on the new for you Cruiser. If nothing is wrong with the 3F you should keep it, it's a bit thirsty but overall a great engine

thanks, the 3F is fine having only 431000kms, but gas prices in NZ are insane, about US$7.81 gallon :-(
