This is SOR part number 068-998. The part costs new $75 plus healthy SOR shipping fee. I used this for 4 months, works great to send fluid back to transfer case from 4 speed, when the main seal between those are leaking. If you have a leaking 4 speed, this will most likely help you stop that leak. In my case, I finally needed to rebuild my trans case, so this return line is now up for sale. $45 shipped OBO takes it.
