Probably better to ask in the minitruck section as you're modding a 4Runner.
I don't know 4Runners that well but I'll take a stab at it. I would bet you'll have to outboard the springs on the frame to match the width of the FJ60 axle. Further, since the Cruiser axle is spring under while the 4Runner is spring over your gonna have to relocate the spring perches on the axle. Finally I would plan on adding high steer arms to the axle to get the steering linkage over the springs. Plus you'll need to swap in an IFS steering box to make the steering system work with the crossover style steering on the Cruiser axle.
But after all that I can't see how that's better than the stock 4Runner axle you had to start with. The birfields are the same, same knuckles and brakes with only a larger diff in the Cruiser axle. But the Cruiser diff is low pinion while the 4Runner axle is high pinion and the 80 series elocker drops in. I would still do a crossover steering conversion if your truck has push/pull steering but other than that using a FJ60 axle seems like a step backwards to me...
