I have a brown lap/ shoulder harness out of an 85 FJ60. $15 plus shipping from Wyoming.

Sorry for the delay. I have been out of town.
Yes, I still need the entire belt and re-coil mechanism for the passenger side (brown). The seat belt is intact on mine, but the belt will not retract like it should. A bunch of slack in the line. I was told to replace the whole seatbelt. My worst fear is that the belt will not work properly if I were to have an accident.
