I am in need of the low pressure return line for my power steering gearbox on my 85 FJ60.

...you should be able to find one for the return-line at any scrapyard; it´s used in almost all toyota passenger cars, light trucks and busses (only the shape of the tube might be different). I usually look for toyota rav or avensis. Good luck!
