For 97 FZJ80: stock amp and headrests

I seem to have blown out the right side of my front "stock" amplifier. The one thats in the dash right behind the right front dash speaker. Anybody bypass theirs and want to lighten their Cruiser?
The PO also had mounted DVD screens to the rear of the front headrests (oak leather), so they have a few holes in the leather from mounting screws and wires. Anyone willling to trade some clean oak colored leather headrests for mine and some cash? Mine are fine if your gonna cover em with wet okole or other seat covers. My Cruiser has 100K and the leather is still pretty clean.

I have a '78 FJ40 transmission extra cover. I don't know if it will fit your year. If you can use it make an offer. It is in good condition. Only some surface rust.

LOOKING FOR FJ40 TRANSMISSION COVER

I looked again and found rust that was a bit more than surface along the edge. Still it is in pretty good condition. I will get you a picture if you are interested.

I should have one out of a 95. I will check but it might take a couple of days.
Thanks, Jeff

Re:'40 axle with rear e-brake

Tim,
PM'ed you on the rear axle last week. Any word yet?

desperately need rear harness for 76

I have 1 from a 1975. I know it wouldn't work on a 1977(thats why I bought it). You just have to worry about the ends by the taillights and marker lights. The main trunk of the harness is in tack. I would like to get my money out of it $25.00 plus shipping. Let me know. Tim
p.s. it does have a trailer light plug wired in.

Hum.. I dunno when the round lights ended. The harness may have been on a 75 but built in 74.. Do you know/remember why it wouldn't work.. was it the dedicated turn signal for your 77..

early door striker

check the glove box, thats where mine go when I take em off to run soft 1/2 doors.
