This was about as fun of project as you could ask for. The Hutchinson dot beadlock design is top notch. Designed for the Military so you know it’s meant to work. Sure it’s a bit spendy but I got mine on sale and can do the mounting myself. The residue is dish soap to help installation.

Inside 1/2 of beadlock. I was busy and forgot to take pictures of the outter beadlock but it has a ring that an o-ring goes into. It sits in very nicely. Even when flipping the beadlock face upside down the o-ring held. Push it down so that the 3 nut/ washers can thread onto the 3 taller studs.

Tighten the 3 tall stud nuts down. Then tighten the rest 1-1-1,2-2-2,3-3-3,4-4-4,5-5-5 to 80 psi on torque wrench. Then 100 psi with tall studs first.

Charge the tires up to 40PSI.

The second 1/2 of day was installation of the front knuckles.

Got the Marlon Crawler tie rod installed but forgot to take pictures of that too. Got the rear tires mounted. But had issues with the wheel lugs that were sent.

Don’t like that these lugs only mount to the wheel surface. Seems like it should have a collar that extends in the hole between the wheel and the stud.

I think those are the wrong lug nuts. Those are acorn lug nuts and it looks like your rims are needing mag seat (sometimes called shank or flange). I know on the 80 series, they switched from acorn to mag seat in '95.

Thanks for the picture. I will be talking to 4 wheel parts this week.
