2 pair, only sold as a pair, 1 is darker brown than the other.
all 4 hold the receptacle up, so it doesn't flop over. the light brown passenger side has a piece missing on the backside of the buckle.

yes both pairs are brown, the set on the left is a darker shade than the set on the right. I'm thinking it was in the year change, as the fabric changed in 1985?
