I mistakenly posted this in the incorrect forum, so I am re-posting here.
At one point, I was going to replace the Auto trans in my FJ62 with the 4 speed manual from an FJ 60.
I am now going with a 4L60E and 5.3 swap.

I have the following, which I believe are all the items you would need to swap in the 4 speed

Pedal Box Assembly
FJ60 Bell Housing
4 spd Manual Transmission
Transfer Case
Stick Shifts for Trans/Transfer
Misc. Parts

Apology for the delayed response, I was out of town.
I honestly do not know the year, as I did not remove it from the truck; I purchased as a complete swap when I was going to convert one of my own trucks.

IF they all came from the same donor, the 3F bell housing would make it an 86-87. @orangefj45 probably knows the exact production split for that BH; I don't.
