Here ya go my spring seats were not in good shape. You will need to press out the spring bolt.

I may have found a set of spring seats/ leaf spring u-bolt plate. But they say they are for 75 to 80 FJ45. Does anyone know if they will fit a 65 FJ45, or was there a big change in springs in the later years?
