fj45 low beam headlights

was leaving work other night and flashed a friend as i was driving down road noticed had no headlights parkers worked and so did high beams has anyone had a similar problem and tell me how to fix

If it happened when you flashed, I would suspect the switch...

I'd also be checking any relays, fuses and wires first, just to make sure it's not just a loose wire or something else simple

Mine is an early model with the switch on the floor. Could not get OEM anymore, so I used a Chevy switch from the local parts store. The plug will not fit, but it was easy to change, and make work..

If you like to roll your own you can fix the existing switch. It might last a few more years...

yep i used the a dimmer switch out of a 72 chevy pick up truck. just had to crimp on female spade connectors. its been about 5 years now and no problems.
