Appears to be but I’m not certain. The owner is perfecting his truck and the smallest flaw will not be tolerated by him. He is a perfectionist and one will be able to eat off the tires when he’s done with it. I mean that in the best sense for he is a good buddy. If you are interested I can put you in touch with him.
