Wanted FJ40

I am looking for a father/son "project" something that we can work on together over the next year (vehicle with minimal to mild body work). Engine stock 6, 350 conversion is not OK. I will ship it to Israel so location near NJ port would be ideal and budget is 4-5K. Thanks.
