Wanted FJ40 rear hatch T handle base escutcheon

I am looking for a rear hatch T handle escutcheon. I had my T handle powder coated and they destroyed the base escutcheon piece that screws to the cover. Let me know what you have. You can see the broken part in the pictures. Thank you!
