What solutions are available for rear drive shaft disconnects for FJ40/Orion transfer cases?

At this time there aren't any and there probably won't ever be any as the 'Cruiser market is just too small for a manufacturer to do something like that.

You might be able to put something together on your own, but honestly, I think that by the time you've done that you'd be effor ahead to get an Atlas II t-case and the requesite centered rear end.

Okay. I might have to have a look to see if the Trail Tough one could be adapted.
It uses the same spline as the pinion, but putting it there would be less than ideal for various reasons..
