On has a little tear about the size of a dime and one of the brackets is broken (just the very end of the bracket) see pics defects circled.

Hey Joe,

I took a seat to UPS and they said it would be aprox 30.80 for that one seat.

I still need to box them up so it could be a bit more... so you're looking at about 65.00 ups ground.
