That is the more highly sought after increased airflow intake. They only made them a couple years ‘68-‘69 maybe. Someone will want that for a touch more power.I believe this is for a 1968 but please correct me if I am wrong

Is there a way to tell by looking at it? I have a couple here but the years are unknown. That is the more highly sought after increased airflow intake. They only made them a couple years ‘68-‘69 maybe. Someone will want that for a touch more power.
Easy to tell apart when you see them side by side. High airflow intake is significantly wider. I’ll try to grab a pic as I just replaced mine with high intake model. Is there a way to tell by looking at it? I have a couple here but the years are unknown.
A comparison pic would be great, thanks!Easy to tell apart when you see them side by side. High airflow intake is significantly wider. I’ll try to grab a pic as I just replaced mine with high intake model.
I just had an exhaust manifold shipped to me from NJ and it was $35 in shipping. Would assume it would be the same. Can you give a shipping quote to 18436? thanks
That’s a good question that I’m not sure of.Ok i assume it will fit on a 73 If engine?
Actually you can run them with headers.
But you have to clearance them very carefully.

Thanks for posting this @Dallas ToddHere's a pic: Top one is wide runner from a '68. Bottom one is narrow runner from a '72. The bad part about the wide runner is that apparently it can't be run with headers, as there is interference due to the larger width.......ask me how I know.......
