This is a 1980 FJ40 with a build date of 02/80. This has been my DD for the last two years and i have done allot of work to it with some still left to be done but not much. I bought 2 years ago. It shows 119K on the ODO but that isn't accurate. It probably has 130-140 on the original 2f. Like any old 40 she does burn oil and does have the normal oil pan and rear main leak. I have a replacement OEM seal for the rear main. She is des-mogged running a motorcraft carb. Several people run these on there 40s. It has an electric fuel pump that i have a on and off switch connected too. She has gotten me to and from work without any issues. The tranny works fine and there is no slipping with the clutch. The t-case has been rebuilt with new gaskets and bearings as well as a new idler shaft. The pass side knuckle has been rebuilt and the drivers side needs it done. I have the replacement kit for that as well as inner and outer bears to go with it. The rear axle does need to be rebuilt as it does leak a little by the drum brakes. The tie-rods need to be replaced and i have a complete set to for that. The major things i was looking at doing this winter is extend the brake lines, driver side knuckle, rear axle, rebuild the front drive shaft. The gas tank does have a small leak and i have a replacement for that as well. Doesn't cause any issues as i only put in a half tank at a time until i replace the tank. Does have a soft top and soft split doors. No hard doors or top. I do have a bikini top for it as well. Has bench seat in the rear. Has a 4" HFS lift sitting on 35's (30% tread left) on chrome rims. Have full size spare as well. HFS shocks all around and greasable shackles and spring hangers. I have ever receipt since i have bought it as well as a FSM to go with it. She is rust free minus a dime size hole on the pass sill above the step. Below are the items that have been replaced since i have owned it.

I do have numerous parts that will go with the truck. She has been a good truck and i think i have described her as best as possible.
