They are OEM, but I couldn't tell you for certain if they would fit a 1980. I got them with some other parts and I didn't need them.

I just checked, these are not correct for a 1980, the number part I need is 67861-90300 and 67862-90300. The set you are selling is correct for the 1969-1972 land cruisers.
