I'm at a loss and looking for some help. Actual part names are not something I'm good at and for the life of me I can't seem to find these anywhere. I'll attach a few images to help with my explanation. 75 FJ ambulance door bolts screw into a threaded piece that is usually inside the four holes in the images. I am missing those threaded pieces and don't know what they are called or if they can be found somewhere. Thanks for any help!

I doubt there is a part number for that. Its integrated into the tub. Fundamentally its a flat piece of metal that has 2 threaded holes for the bolts to fit through. I pried the flange on that outer "holder" to pop mine out when I had a bolt twist off. I suspect you could just make a new version of it by drilling two holes in a piece of 3/16" x 1" flat bar and threading the holes. Alternatively just skip the whole thing and just un-handily thread nuts on the back side of you ambulance door bolts when you install them....

FWIW: I've always called them "nut plates." Simple bar stock tapped and installed by factory. Brits use them a lot.

The bar stock size is smaller so it moves around to adjust the hinge.
