FJ 17 in Wheels

Does anyone know if the 17 inch steel wheels on the new FJC will fit on an 80? I'll admit to not really researching this one - just tossing it out after reading the skinny - wide threads.

offset is wrong for the 80. You will need spacers to push the wheels out.

Look at Clownmidget's posts re Tundra 17's. they are similar offset

the Tundra 16s (by 7) are the same backspacing as the 80 IIRC

Again, the FJC, 4Runner, GX470 backspacing is different from the 80. You will need spacers, search for clownmidget's tundra wheels

I have the best option for you...do a search on this list for "ASA wheels". You'll see my 17" wheels on my 80. Personally, I believe these are some of the best looking wheels for the 80. Backspacing is close to stock.
