Plenty of variables. Depends on what you have. Pics?
Here’s some info you requested in the winch thread. My sag gearbox was 11/16-18 on the high pressure side. 5/8-18 on the low.
Power steering pump was 5/8-18 on the high. Low was just a barbed nipple so a hose clamp was used.
I had no clue how I was going to route lines so I ordered the -6AN blue parker hose you saw. The 90° fittings were Fragola -6AN part# 259006. You can just cut hose to length and twist the fittings on. At the sag box I used male -6AN to 5/8 & 11/16 adapters Fragola #491959 & #491956. The Downside of the adapters is they raise the fittings up so you can’t sneek the hose under the bib. I’ve seen where folks route hose around the bib. Still feel guilty for sawzalling my bib

Probably over kill, but I added a fuid cooler. Fragola #250106 straight fitting.

And more overkilla filter.

If you have calipers you could measure the bolts/plugs. 16mm & 18mm is the other Saginaw box fitting size. If you know the hose lengths you need you could PM Downey. He builds hoses for people.
1980-older are SAE American thread with 5/8" and 11/16" "flared" fittings. 1981-newer are "metric" 16mm and 18mm thread with o-ring fittings. I have complete hose kits for either. My "metric" kits are very righteous because they have custom made "low profile" fittings so that you do not have to cut the grille panel like "thebigredrocker" showed in above photo.
Found this.
Left is the older SAE inverted flare
Right is the newer metric o-ring or “Saginaw” fitting

You can use 90 degree adapters and straight hose fittings then you shouldn't have to cut the bib.
Definately not advocating for bib cutting. I still cringe when I see my saw marks![]()
That fitting is for -6 AN braided fuel hose. It won’t work with the Parker Hydraulic hose.
The black hose is -6 AN fuel hose. Blue is the Parker hydraulic hose. Big O.D. size difference.

Hose I.D. will be the same. Black is a -6 AN fuel fitting like the one @carreta posted. Silver is Hydraulic. No way the hydraulic hose will stuff inside the compression nut.View attachment 1612025[/QUOTE
Ok. Great info. Will look for hydraulic (silver) adapter then
Thanks
Any idea?
