$10,000 is a reasonable price for that rig if no glaring major problems. Sold my 99 with 148k a year ago for $9,000 to the first guy. Probably could have waited a bit and got a little more out of it 
first time, is this the right rig?

Just my .02 as the owner of a 99LX with 285k.....the 99 LX for 7k may not have a factory locker (not a LX option) but should have an LSD. I have found the LSD to be valuable and a welcome option on my rig on both trick trails, mountain roads, snd snow/ice. I would favor the 99 at 7k....lots of $ left over for ARB front, armor, suspension, etc.
