Hi everybody!

Thanks for all the help this forum has already been in my pre-purchase research! I just purchased my first LC, a 94 FJZ80, and she is a beauty. All the miles are soccer mom miles and I can't believe how heavy this thing is, lol!

All the manuals came with the LC except the owners manual:) Does anyone know if there is a free pdf online anywhere?

I'm also hearing a slight whine which seems to be from the Transfer case under the drivers seat, it only occurs while accelerating between 35-50.. any ideas. I know the tranny was overhauled 2 years ago, so I'm not overly worried about it.

Thanks in advance for all the help.. looking forward to when I can be that guy.... and to getting that cup holder!

Welcome!

Re the whine, same thing here. I figure it's the front diff or T-case, but all seems to work fine. PO (and original owner) said it whined since he brought it home from the local Toyota dealership 20 years ago, so :meh:

Need pics of the rig, and any thoughts about mods. Like many here (and in my previous life as a Bimmer head) buying the rig is ONLY THE BEGINNING!! Every time my list of ideas gets shorter, someone on here does something cool that is worth trying out.

Congrats! I got mine a couple weeks ago and can't keep myself from driving it or trolling around on this site! Pics??

Congrats. I don't know if the owners manual is online but the FSM is available from Toyota's web site. There is also a PDF of the 96 FSM floating around online. It is very similar to the 94. I don't own the 94 FSM, and I have a 94 LC, because Toyota makes it difficult to download and you would need to put it together from separate files from the website. A day long process.

Congrats on the new beast! hope to see you around

Thanks for all the "hello's"! I'll post some pics soon.

She's the dark green model, non leather (so the seats are in almost pristine condition). Front end has been completely rebuilt...

250k on the Lexus engine. So far I can only find 1 dent on the whole vehicle.

First upgrade will be a new 1 slot deck so I can install a cup holder:)
