dumb question

o.k,

i have a dumb question. considering i have never met any of you before, how will i know who you are?
i know everyone will be driving a cruiser, but that doesn't help when walking into a pub.

will you have a big sign? (joking)

to make it a little easier, i'll be the guy wearing a black jacket and a hat. o.k, a yellow hat. does that help?

I was thinking we could kind of meet up in the parking lot if we all show up about the same time. I'm sure the first two of us can occupy ourselves till the others show up by checking out each other's trucks. I've met Lance, so I think we'll recognize each other.

FWIW, I'll be the bald guy with about 2 weeks beard growth.

i've tried to hook up with the NA4WDA guys but it never seems to happen.
plus they are mostly jeep/domestic guys. i am looking forward to meeting other cruiser heads, hopefully do some wheeling. see some of other peoples projects...
plus if you are in the woods, nice to be able to swap spares.
wheeling with jeep guys is asking for trouble.
getting to tow them back to the road and that "my truck broke" thing gets old fast.
coastal cruisers have a sympathetic president (Steve) who hosts the meetings in his shop. nice to find that here.
summer is coming...time to get the projects finished.
i want to pick your brains as to where to find some decent trails as well.

Turns out my wife has a meeting to attend that night. Usually thursday is free but....I lucked out anyways as I convinced her sister to watch the little one for a couple hours, so it looks like I will be able to join everyone.
