I have an 86 4-Runner that I purchased in Colorado about 5 years ago, the truck has been in Colorado its entire life, I'm the second owner.
The looks good and runs great.

182k miles (still drive it to Home Depot on the weekends)
Here is a list of the things we have done over the past few years. I've got receipts for all the work.

Stage 2 Long Block from 22RE Performance. Around 25K on new engine.
(5) 33" Goodyear Duratrac Tires (almost new)
Rebuilt Transmission at 155K
LCE Performance Headers
Old Man Emu 4" lift Installed by SLEE Offroad

I've got over 15K in this bastard, I'm looking to pickup an 80 Series w/ low miles. I"d be happy to trade and add cash.

$6,500 cash, anything less and i'll just keep it!

What do you guys think about this price? I've put over 15K in it over the years but we all know that doesn't determine the value. Should I store it for 10 years and see what happens? I know what it's worth to me, let me know what you think. I will not be offended!

Thanks in advance for your thoughts!

I think it looks great, and seems priced very fair -- if I didn't already have an 85 ext cab I'd probably be calling you!!
GLWS maybe try ebay or maybe another site like that --?

Good looking 1st gen. How’s the auto trans in combo with the 4 cylinder? When I had a 1st gen I remember people being hesitant of the auto, saying they are lathorgic. What’s your experience?
I imagine with the rebuilt engine and headers it probably gets up a goes for an 80’s 4x4.
Damn I miss my 1st gen.

Does the A/C work?
