I put some gas in the carb, after this video was taken.
Nothing changed which I could tell. Could this be because there is no spark?
and could no spark be a result of a bad distributor, ignition coil, or spark plugs?


EDIT:
ok so I think I checked for spark. All I did was pull out a spark plug, had the motor turn over, with the plug attached to the wire. and got nothing

So heres a short video of me touching two points on the starter. . . Any advice.


Ill put some gas in the carb.. So I just splash a bit in the top there?

It sounded like it almost caught for a moment there in the video but I could be wrong. You did energize the positive terminal on the coil before you turned over the starter right?

So. I Tried to check for spark, but I got nothing. Is there a way to check if the ignition coil is still good? Im kind of at a stand still.
I attached the coil to the battery and looked for spark and got nothing. is there anything else I can do?
