The 'stink bug' squat cannot be affected by a KDSS imbalance. What you are seeing is likely a result of the airbags making the characteristic bug stance of the 200 slightly more pronounced than usual. Even 4-5 lbs in bags will do that. It will disappear however once you load up the truck a bit I'd expect. That's usually why you install them.
KDSS imbalance is apparent only in a side to side bias, not front to to back. Front and rear kdss systems are effectively separate (unless of course they completely open the system up to atmosphere when disconnecting for air bag install. If that's the case then you have a real problem and will require a re-pressurisation of system - not just re-calibration (balance reset).
