Finding/Sourcing Expo Gear & BUILD Thread for LX450/80 Series
Fellow Arizonans,
Does anyone have good sources to find the common gear for building up an 80 series? I have looked at the most common websites like Slee, Manafre, TRDparts and many of the Vendors on this site.
Here is my build so far; 1997 LX450 w/ 120k miles. TRD Supercharger, factory lockers, ARB Winch bumper. All/most PM done= PHH, fluids, egr, birf rebuilds, valve gaskets, new hoses, rear main seal, all u-joints, brakes, carbon canister, wheel bearings. JDM aux fan, blue hub, (Thanks Murf).
Installed Modifications:
INTERIOR
EXTERIOR & Powertrain
Purchased but need to install: If your near Scottsdale, AZ and want to bring your cruiser to wrench on, let me know.
1. Gobi Rack w Hannibal Awning
2. Slee headlight harness upgrade
3. Slee AC dryer guard and elocker plate
4. Cupholder from LR Discovery (I have an extra, if anyone wants $30-Tan)
5. BlueSea fuse box w 4awg
6. Uniden 520 CB radio in ashtray, 48' firestick
I am looking for a package and discount off retail for:
Skid plate armor like Manafre's
40-50 qt fridge, with transit bag and slide
Combo Slide out stove like AT makes for under fridge
Water tank w external connect and pump
bug/theft covers for windows
Warn winch with synthetic rope for ARB bumper
1.4m RTT - any quality brand
LED lights - brake/signal
long range fuel tank

- VisionX LED brake lights. not brighter than OEM, I am looking for alternatives.
- Powerstop brake rotors and HAWK pads w/ LSPV adjustment
- Stainless Steel brake Lines
