I've want to do this for years and am finally doing it. What accessories do I want? Here's what I'm currently looking at:

1. Oil drain dolly
2. Transmission jack (with various home made attachments to help with skid plate and tire removal/install).
3. 2 safety stands like this.
4. smaller rolling tool cart like this. I have a nice 56" tool chest but that's too big to wheel around all the time. What I end up doing now, even without the lift, is loading up a small rolling cart with the tools I think I'll need from the big tool chest. What I want to do is just keep my sockets and wrenches in a small cart rather than moving them from one thing to another every weekend.

What else do I "need" that I don't know about?

That’s awesome, I fabbed up this front arm extension/cross bar. My front arms just didn’t line up on my 40. The chain hook is for pulling engines or general lifting.
