I'm interested in the lx cupholder too! That sub is worthless anyway :)

I will take one for a 94 fxj80 grey interior

Sent you a PM

I've added a new option for those purchasing the 80 series cup holders.

I now have them in a hammered black finish.

Made some slight changes to the cup holder. Added about 2" square piece of hard rubber to the back and the front so it fits tighter and allows absolutely no room for movement. Nice addition. Price stays the same $26 including shipping.

I can't tell what the bottom diameter is but it looks like it would fit. It will fit a 1 liter bottle of soda, or the largest Starchucks coffee cup.

If you have the dimension, I can tell you for sure.

I'll check that out when I get home tonight. The bottom is the size of any normal can or cup but it has a slight bulge before the bottom that's usually the issue. Very cool design on the cup holder though! I will more than likely be ordering one.

Tried out hammered silver finish on the cup holder, then adding hard rubber to the back tab. Looks great and it stays in place. Tested it on some rough terrain up in the North Georgia mountains, worked great.

Any progress on an LX version?

I want one of these cup holders. Do you have a pic of the hammered finish?

I'm less than 30 days away from one for the LX :-)

I did not think to try to use plasti dip.
That sounds like it may be worth trying.

Here is black hammered version, with new rubberized front.

It looks like you've made some improvements and added some colors. What exactly does the rubber piece do on the front of it?

Landcrzr - the rubber piece makes it so that when it fits in, it doesn't move around at all. It's sort of alleviates any movement.
