I have pictures of cm2005 I would like to post but they are like 600KB, how can I reduce them to be able to post?

If you use windows XP, another very convenient tool is at Microsoft Powertoys, called image resizer. It is then a simple point and rightclick on the image to open the tool, and select small for most pictures.
